Congestion heightened in Nigerian Ports

Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus, there has been a shortage of vessels coming into Nigeria and containers waiting to be shipped are experiencing lingering delays.
The continued delay and congestion is heightened by the Nigeria center for disease center regulation that mandates a 14 days quarantine period for incoming vessels before offloading and reloading of the vessels are done.
This delay has caused spoilage and extended expected date of delivery of most products out of Nigeria
