As the Covid19 outbreak caused a stop in the majority of the production of various goods, Italy started to import mushrooms from Turkey.

Mushrooms, which are collected by the farmers in Bursa in 4 months of the season are in high demand in Italy. Bear mushrooms are sold 4 USD per gm by the farmers whereas the sale price of salmon gum mushroom is around 3 USD per kg.
