Indonesia is currently demanding onions, sugar, garlic, and other agricultural commodities from Australia.

Trade is still allowed to take place between Australia and Indonesia, however, there are currently trade restrictions between the two countries with quotas in place to limit Australian imports in Indonesia.

This means that Indonesia will sacrifice supply from Australia to support local producers or seek cheaper imports from neighboring countries, which will limit options for consumers in Indonesia.
