In W1, Australian grapes are available in Vietnamese market with a retail price of USD 12/kg . Along with South African grapes, Australian grapes this season also appear in Vietnamese market sooner than expected. Normally, Australian grapes air-shipped would available in the market at late January or early February at very high price. The earlier presence of South African and Australian grapes is seen as a positive development, providing optimism for the grape supply in the Vietnamese market, especially considering concerns about a potential shortage of green grapes during the peak demand season of the Lunar New Year occasion.
