On November 4th, Costa Rica and Ecuador got together with their technical team in charge of the free trade agreement process to review pending regulatory, institutional, and investment topics to determine the access conditions of the goods that would enter each country. It is forecasted that the products will be defined after the negotiation rounds with terms and conditions.
