Subsole, a Chilean fruit exporter, has signed an agreement to be acquired by Frutura, a sales and marketing network formed in 2021, with the acquisition of Agrícola Don Ricardo (Peru); Dayka & Hackett, and TerraFresh Organics (USA) in addition to Frutura Uruguay in March 2022.

Subsole ranks as the largest Chilean exporter of table grapes to the US, Europe, and Asia. Other produce includes citrus fruits, kiwis, avocados, cherries, and pomegranates. The company has shipped 10M boxes of fruit to customers in more than 40 countries. Subsole's management credits the team members' focus on carrying out their goals and challenges with innovation and sustainability throughout the supply chain.

"Having a strong presence in Chile is an integral part of our growth strategy, and we are delighted that Subsole is now part of our portfolio," said David Krause, CEO of Frutura. "Chile has been an exporter in LATAM for years, and the global market respects the country's well-deserved reputation for its high-quality fruits."
