Storm “Nora” will approach to coast of Sinaloa without touching land. The velocity of this phenomenon is slow and brings a lot of water (200 ml approximately). This situation will delay the planting process for vegetables between September 1st and 15th. This will be a terrible situation for mangoes because the fruit is ready to be harvested and can be damaged by wind.
