Prices of eggs rose in Turkey due to the increase in Iran's demand. In Week 43, 48 containers of eggs were shipped from Turkey to Iran and the demands are expected to continue over the next 3 months.

Due to the increase in freight prices to the UAE, one of the countries that Turkey exports to, prices for each size seem to have increased by USD 1.00-1.50 per box compared to last week. While the freight prices were USD 3,050 per container in October and USD 4,250 at the beginning of November, these prices are expected to reach USD 5,000 in the coming days. The reason for these changes in ocean freight is the increase in citrus shipments from Turkey to the UAE.
