The efforts to increase export of Taiwan’s Ponkans

The Bureau of Agriculture of Taichung City Government actively counsels farmers’ groups to export special agricultural products. It is estimated that the export volume of Ponkans this year will reach 650 MT. As of 17 December, about 336 MT have been exported to Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Japan, Hong Kong and other places. It is projected that it will continue to maintain the export market and stabilize domestic prices.
