During W11, the price of Adriatic red shrimp (Aristaemorpha foliacea) in the Italian market experienced a 5% week-on-week (WoW) increase. Prices rose from the range of USD 23.35 to USD 28.23 per kilogram (kg) in W10 to USD 23.35 to USD 27.15/kg in W11. This upward trend is due to the limited availability of red shrimp in Italian waters.
