From Jan-23 to Nov-23, the United States (US) emerged as the largest market for Vietnamese shrimp. In Nov-23, the US continued its trend of increasing shrimp imports from Vietnam for the fifth consecutive month, reaching USD 51 million, a 24% month-on-month (MoM) increase. However, despite the recent positive trend, the cumulative shrimp exports to the US for the first 11 months of 2023 amounted to USD 640 million USD, a 17% year-over-year (YoY) decrease.
