According to the National Supply Company (CONAB), the triticale harvest production was revised from 47 thousand to 44.7 thousand tonnes this 19/20 season, down 4.9%. The weather was the main cause of the losses, mainly in the Brazilian state of Parana, which registered occurrence of late frosts. Nevertheless, the reduction in the yield of this cereal was the least affected among all the winter crops in Brazil.
