Turkish dried apricot gains popularity in Egypt

Since the dried apricot season started in August 2021 to the end of January 2022, Turkey exported over USD 8 million worth of dried apricots, an 83% increase compared to the same period of the previous year. It is expected for the increase to continue as Ramadan is getting close, and dried fruits are suggested as healthy products to consume during fasting.
