Taiwanese mango packhouses hesitant to sell to China due to COVID-19 and regulations

Taiwan mango season has started around the end of May, where China, Japan, Hong Kong, and South Korea are popular destinations. Some packhouses are not shipping to China due to the new Coronavirus regulation and tests that China requires the packhouses to implement. The packhouses find the regulation complicated and hard to comply to and do not want to risk rejection of goods upon arrival at China port.
