A new consulting service center for milk producers is being established at the Baiserke-Agro training research and production center in the Almaty region, as part of the KFM project. The aim is to address the shortage of qualified personnel in Kazakhstan's dairy industry. The project, initiated by the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan and in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture of Germany, will provide consulting and improve the skills of technical and managerial staff from 16 pilot farms in the first phase. The second phase of the project will expand support to farmers and train qualified experts, covering both the northern and southeastern regions of the republic.
