Kyrgyzstan is self-sufficient in seeds of buckwheat, oats, and legumes, according to the Director of the Department for Expertise of Agricultural Crops of the Ministry of Agriculture, Bakyt Mambetov. The country has accumulated 263 tons of seeds for spring sowing, including 183 tons of spring wheat, 80 tons of barley, and 40 tons of cotton. The grain harvest in Kyrgyzstan for 2022 is 1.4 times higher than last year.
