China’s canned fruit exports from January to August 2023

Export overview ​ The main export varieties of China's canned fruits include canned oranges, canned peaches, canned pears, canned lychees, canned pineapples, canned cherries, canned longans and assorted cans, etc. ​ From January to August 2023, China's canned fruit exports totaled 363,300 tons, with a total value of US$510 million. Compared with the same period last year, the quantity decreased by 16%, and the value decreased by 15%. ​ canned oranges ​ China's canned orange exports account for the first place in the total canned fruit exports. From January to August 2023, China's canned orange exports were 158,000 tons, accounting for 43% of the total canned fruit exports, with an amount of nearly US$221 million, and an average unit price of US$1,396/ tons.
