A team made up of various management bodies of the Regional Government of Cusco, in coordination with the Regional Council, is pushing for the approval of a regional ordinance aimed at strengthening the value chain of native potatoes in the regional context. This initiative will allow for the formulation of a program and/or public investment project intended to promote the Andean tuber and encourage its consumption in local, regional, and national markets.
