In Ukraine, cheeses jumped significantly in price

Last month, a record amount of cheese was imported to Ukraine: 3.8 thousand tons of rennet and 626 thousand tons of processed cheese. In general, for three quarters, cheese imports increased by 11%, to almost 33.4 thousand tons. The category of hard and semi-hard cheeses, which are in direct competition with the cheeses of most domestic producers, accounted for 15.5 thousand tons, which is approximately equal to last year's imports.
