According to information released by Agência Câmara Notícias, the Committee on Agriculture, Livestock, Supply and Rural Development of the Chamber of Deputies approved Bill 4647/25, which proposes to replace the term "agricultural inputs" with "agro-livestock inputs" in the legislation that regulates the Cédula de Produto Rural (CPR). The change incorporates products intended for livestock among the items that can back financial operations linked to the title. The author of the proposal, Deputy Vinicius Carvalho (Republicanos-SP), stated that the current rule does not cover activities related to the production and commercialization of inputs, machines, and implements used in livestock, according to data from Agência Câmara Notícias.
