After enduring nearly a decade of legal conflicts, economic crisis, and bankruptcy, the Frigorífico Equino de Entre Ríos S.A. (FEERSA) returned to its original owners. Last Wednesday, December 10, the eviction and possession order of the establishment located in Gualeguay was executed, in compliance with an order issued by the Commercial Court No. 10, Secretariat No. 20 of the Capital Federal. The procedure took place between 7:30 and 11 in the morning, with the collaboration of the members of the workers' cooperative that occupied the plant, according to R2820, from the legal counsel of the Veronesi family. The local Justice executed the order with the aid of public force and a locksmith, although eventually the cooperative members voluntarily handed over the facilities.
