Notably, persimmons' volumes are increasing as temperatures drop, and chestnut quantities meet demand. Broccoli prices have dropped to align with other cabbage and cauliflower varieties, and chicory prices are decreasing due to increased availability. Meanwhile, national pear prices remain high, especially for new harvests, and radicchio prices are averaging for the period, with the start of the variegated radicchio campaign.
