Gansu edible gelatin exports to Turkey for the first time

Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture is known as the "Dry Port of the West," with a thriving cattle and sheep farming industry and the largest raw hide trading market in Northwest China, ensuring ample raw materials for the production of edible gelatin. In 2025, the local gelatin achieved its first export, and currently, the products have been sold to four countries and regions, including the United Arab Emirates and India.
