Heavy rain in Bilecik, Turkey, has caused significant damage to infrastructure and agricultural lands in the Söğüt and Yenipazar districts. The Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry has confirmed damage to six greenhouses in Hamitabat village, with one collapsing and profiles damaged. Additionally, hail damage was observed in some Yenipazar district villages. The assessment of the damage is still in progress. Local residents, including a greenhouse owner who has been in business for 20 years, express that they have not seen such flooding before. Special Provincial Administration and DSI teams are working on clearing the roads and stream beds damaged by the torrential rain.
