Ukraine is increasing the export of seeds of grain and oilseeds. So, for 7 months of 2023, its volume doubled the corresponding indicator of the previous year (34.7 million) and reached 69 million. This trend was noted by the head of the investment and logistics department of the NSC "Institute of Agrarian Economics" Alexander Zakharchuk, reported on August 15 press service of the center. As the scientist specified, in the structure of Ukrainian exports of seeds of grain and oilseeds, corn traditionally dominates, occupying a share of 98%. At the same time, for the second year in a row, the volumes of exports of seeds of hybrid corn from Ukraine exceed the volumes of their imports.
