Up to 685 thousand tons of all types of meal and cake will be produced in Kazakhstan by the end of 2021. Such assessments were voiced by the chairman of the ALE "National Association of Oilseed Processors" Yadykar Ibragimov in an exclusive interview with APK-Inform. “The largest part of this volume is sunflower meal and cake - 311-330 thousand tons, in second place is soybean meal (158-165 thousand tons). In addition, in the current season, the production of flaxseed meal / cake may amount to 72-80 thousand tons, rapeseed - 45-50 thousand tons, and cottonseed - 38-40 thousand tons from the total production volume. The volume of production, of course, depends on the gross harvest of oilseeds, ”he stressed.
