In Talas region, the production of elite cheese varieties will begin. This is reported by the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund (RKDF). According to its data, the fund and one of the leading dairy producers in Talas region, LLC "Emilia," have signed an agreement on financing the project to expand production capacities. The total investment will amount to $1.2 million. Previously, this product was imported from abroad. The launch of the project reduces dependence on imports, strengthens food security, and supports domestic producers within the framework of the instructions from President Sadyr Japarov. The essence of the project lies in the construction of new production and storage cold rooms with an area of 500 square meters, as well as in the purchase of high-tech equipment of European production.
