Jeonbuk Province in South Korea has allocated 2.3 billion won to boost the beekeeping industry. The funding will be used to support two new projects, including the purchase of automatic beekeeping equipment and the construction of an automated pollen production facility in Iksan and Wanju. The province also plans to establish a high-quality honey production base and provide education on beekeeping to consumers. Additionally, the province will pay farmers' public benefit allowances to beekeepers for their contributions to agricultural products and forest ecosystems.
