Korea Forest Service seeks breakthrough in overseas export of boeun jujubes

The Korea Forest Service (Director Lim Sang-seop) announced on the 18th that it visited the jujube export farm (Boeun Samga Jujube Farm) in Boeun-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do, the main jujube producing area in Korea, and held an on-site meeting to promote exports of forest products. This meeting was organized to inspect jujube cultivation facilities, examine major export products, and discuss measures to promote exports of forest products. Boeun Samga Jujube Farm produces processed jujube foods such as dried jujubes, jujube chips, jujube confectionery, and jujube caramel, and exports them to overseas markets such as Japan, Vietnam, the United States, Taiwan, Singapore, and Australia.
