A 241-acre farm sold at auction in two tracts for $4.1 million, or $16,900 per acre. One 121-acre tract includes extensive drainage tile, access to natural gas and three grain bins with 15,000-bushel capacity. The property has a productivity index of 130.8. The second 121-acre tract features a 135.3 productivity index and has extensive drainage tile installed.
