Large-scale cultivation of king prawns has been launched in Ukraine

The Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University (BNAU) has opened an educational and scientific laboratory of cultivation technology and research on the quality of aquatic products. This was reported by BNAU, writes agronews.ua. In the early stages, Rosenberg's Macrobrachium freshwater shrimp was selected for the study. Currently, the conditions of its cultivation and feeding are being studied, and work on incubation studies is beginning. The laboratory was opened with the support of Ukrainian Shrimp LLC, which fully provided it with equipment.
