In 2020, Ukraine made significant strides in expanding its agricultural market reach and improving export certificates and audit performances. The country opened 12 new markets for its products, approved 35 export certificates, and passed two EU audits. It is working towards opening 100 new markets across six continents, including traditional partners and less developed markets. Additionally, international agreements on sanitary, phytosanitary measures, and consumer protection are being pursued with several countries. The State Food and Consumer Service is also actively engaging in efforts to expand sales in various product categories and is dedicated to overcoming trade barriers and ensuring compliance with exporting countries' requirements.
