Ltd., part of China Merchants), the management of China Railway No. 3 Engineering Group, and the administration of the Harbin Free Economic Zone (FEZ). The negotiations focused on discussing joint projects and future cooperation in the context of supplying Russian agricultural products to China through the Trans-Baikal Grain Terminal (TBGT). Located 4 km from the border with Manchuria, it is a flagship facility of the strategic program "New Land Grain Corridor Russia-China," of which the NSCK serves as the system operator.
