Pakistan is set to export halal meat to Jordan, including bovine, camel, sheep, and goat meat, as three slaughterhouses have been approved. Despite competition from countries like India, Brazil, Australia, and Africa, Pakistan plans to focus on camel meat exports, as it has become a top exporter of this product in the world. The global halal meat market is expected to grow to $3.2 trillion by 2024, with Brazil, Australia, and India being the top exporters. Importers of halal meat include Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, and Egypt.
