To help producers solve this problem, Rural Prose presents animal composting in layers, a technology developed by Embrapa, which will be detailed by technicians and researchers. Brazil is one of the largest global producers of meat. It is estimated that each year more than 1 million and two hundred thousand tons of carcasses are generated.
