Serbia's agricultural exports have seen a significant increase of 50% within the past two years, reaching a value of 4.2 billion US dollars in the previous year. This growth is attributed to the country's access to high-profit markets such as the UAE, Bahrain, India, and China. The country is now looking to expand its presence in the Vietnamese and Indonesian markets. Currently, the UAE and Middle Eastern countries are the primary recipients of Serbia's fruit exports, including apples and raspberries, and there is an growing interest in beef and lamb. Vietnam has shown interest in purchasing Serbian pork. India is a significant market for Serbia's fruit exports, having received nearly 40 freighters in less than half a year, with about 800 tons transported in the last three months. Cyprus also exports fruits to the US, but faces competition from South American blueberries.
