The Official State Gazette (BOE) has published this Wednesday the distributions of the monkfish quota of zone 7 of ICES (ANF/07) in exchange for stocks distributed by exchange with Belgium.
Specifically, in the usual negotiations that are carried out with other Member States, the General Secretariat for Fisheries has carried out an exchange with Belgium.
In this way, Spain has ceded quantities of various stocks distributed to the fleet, specifically eight tons of Norway lobster from the NEP/07 stock, one ton of Norway lobster from the NEP/8ABDE stock, one ton of whiting from the WHG/08 stock and 100 tons of megrim from LEZ/07 stock.
In exchange for this exchange of stocks, Spain has received 184 tons of monkfish from the ANF/07 stock, which will be distributed among the Spanish fleet.
