The collection of chicory has been completed in the Sumy region of Ukraine

In the village of Zaliznyak, in the Sumy region, they collected 25 kg of chicory. In the future, the products will be used for holding master classes on the processing and preparation of chicory and conducting excursions in the rural library-branch. AgroPortal.ua was informed about this by an activist from the village of Zaliznyak, Irina Varlamova. “By agreement, each family that took part in growing the plant had to donate up to 4 kg of chicory root,” notes Varlamova.
