Ukraine's import of lard, pork fat, and poultry fat decreased by 9% in the first half of 2023 compared to the same period last year. The total monetary value of these purchases abroad was $12.7 million, an 18.6% decrease from the first half of 2022. Poland, the Netherlands, and Spain were the main suppliers of these fats to Ukraine, while the import of pork specifically decreased by 5.5 times in the same period.
