The Sumy region in Ukraine is set to develop a draft concept for a state target program to develop cannabis by 2025. The region, a leader in technical hemp cultivation, aims to establish a comprehensive processing system for hemp and meet domestic demand through imports and imports. The program is expected to be funded by various sources, including the state and private investments. The products derived from technical hemp are used in over 50,000 worldwide products. Additionally, Ukraine has issued its first license for the import and processing of CBD raw materials and export of its products to Europe and other countries.
