Ukraine is working to export agricultural products to China, the United States, and Venezuela by sending necessary documents to these countries' national plant protection organizations. Each country has specific grain quality requirements that can change due to various factors. The State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection is addressing issues such as detection of smut diseases and weed seeds in grain exports to Asia. They are also holding regular discussions with grain importers about fumigation requirements and notifying partner countries of non-compliance with phytosanitary measures of imported plant products. The agency has initiated and sent documents for exports of various crops to several countries, including Central and South America.
