Uruguay: Record in the export price of beef

A weekly average of US$ 7,343 per ton took the export price of Uruguayan beef to its historical maximum in 30 rolling days, with US$ 5,769. Although it is a provisional figure, with a bullish effect from shipments to Europe within quota 481, the firmness of values at the year's end is consolidated. In the same period last year, the Medium Export Income in 30 rolling days was US$ 4,719 per ton. The annual accumulation shows an average of US$ 5,017 per ton, 20% above the US$ 4,193 of the same period in 2024.
