Petrokimia Gresik has successfully increased rice productivity in Timor Leste from 1.5-3 tons per hectare to 7.5 tons per hectare through a demonstration plot project, celebrated in a ceremony attended by President Jose Manuel Ramos Horta. In collaboration with Pupuk Indonesia and its subsidiaries, the project provided high-quality fertilizers and agricultural inputs to support Timor Leste's agricultural development and food security. Additionally, Petrosida Gresik is committed to achieving food security and independence in Timor Leste by 2025 through pest control, fertilizers, plant growth regulators, seeds, and agricultural technology, following the 6T rule to maximize yields.
