In Oct-23, the Primorsky Territory in Russia exported 124.8 thousand mt of grain and processed products to China, South Korea, and Vietnam. China emerged as the leading buyer among Asia-Pacific countries, purchasing significant quantities of soybean grain, corn, peas, wheat, barley, oats, wheat flour, and oat flakes. Meanwhile, grain exports to South Korea rose, with a preference for Russian wheat, oats, and flax.
Lastly, as of early Nov-23, Kazakhstan's grain reserves, reported by the Bureau of National Statistics, totaled 16.8 mmt, with oats accounting for 163.7 thousand mt of this reserve.
