Turkey's first Dairy Processing Facility in Yozgat processed 6.34 million liters of milk in 2023 and produced 770 tons of dairy products. The facility, which has a daily milk processing capacity of 90 tons, turned the milk into various products such as cheddar cheese, toast cheese, curd cheese, and feta cheese. The products were sold at sales points in 15 provinces throughout Turkey, contributing to the development of animal husbandry in the region.
