The Haryana government is using digital governance to enhance farming and increase farmers' income, with the Meri Fasal-Mera Byora e-procurement platform being a key initiative. In less than two years, the platform has registered over 80% of the state's farmers, making Haryana the first Indian state to procure 14 crops at the Minimum Support Price. The government has also linked 81 mandis to the Electronic National Agriculture Market (eNAM) for online sales. The e-procurement platform not only facilitates the sale of crops but also allows farmers to buy fertilizers, seeds, and obtain agricultural loans, all online.
