A Honey Workshop was organized in Artvin with the aim of developing beekeeping, improving the quality of honey production, and making Artvin honey a stronger brand on both national and international scales. The workshop, held at the Nihat Gökyiğit Congress Center with the theme 'Artvin's Golden Honey,' brought the current state and future of the sector to the table. Speaking at the program, Acting Governor İsmail Erdoğan stated that Artvin, with its rich flora, Macahel Biosphere Reserve Area, and ecological diversity, is one of Turkey's most important centers for beekeeping, saying, "There are more than 2,700 plant species in Artvin.
