According to the National Federation of Agricultural Cooperatives, Gang Ho-dong, the chairman of the National Federation of Agricultural Cooperatives, who participated in the departure ceremony on that day, said, "Since its establishment, the Agricultural Cooperatives have been striving to promote the welfare of farmers and regional development" and "In the future, the employees of the Agricultural Cooperatives will devote themselves to social contribution activities to create a new Republic of Korea Agricultural Cooperatives."
The National Federation of Agricultural Cooperatives' "Love Home Repair Farmer Hope Volunteer Team" has provided new homes for 1,232 households, including elderly farmers, people with disabilities, and multicultural and juvenile families, through a total of 184 volunteer activities since 2005.
