Peruvian agricultural exports to the United Kingdom saw a 6% increase in the first half of the year, but there is potential for further growth, particularly in products like coffee and mangoes. Gabriel Arrieta Padilla, head of Economic Studies and Trade Intelligence at the CIEN-ADEX Exporters Association, highlighted that clothing and non-metallic mining also have opportunities for export to the UK. The trade balance between Peru and the UK was in surplus in 2022, with exports totaling $2.08 billion and imports amounting to $234 million.
