The United States led as the primary market, with a 66% increase in imports, followed by Spain, Canada, Italy, and the Netherlands. The IV International Andean Grains Convention is set to occur on July 25 and 26, aiming to discuss market trends and regulations. Meanwhile, the global grains and cereals market experienced a decrease of 15.9% in 2023, with China being the largest buyer. Cañihua showed the most remarkable growth among these exports, with a 1,573% increase from January to April 2024.
